Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Fees

Terms of the contract are for one year beginning on the first of the month in which the merchant agrees to participate in any of the plans to the first day of the same month in the following calendar year. The contract is automatically renewed after one year unless written notice is received prior to termination of previous contract. Monthly fees will automatically be drafted on the first business day of each month from the business checking account or credit card, whichever is specified at the time of enrollment.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation of contract can only be done by written notice. At the time of cancellation, Credit Card Supplies Advantage will deduct all outstanding monthly fees and any outstanding shipping charges if applicable. notice of cancellation must be received thirty days before automatic renewal of the contract and received at: Credit Card Supplies Advantage, 2645 International Parkway, #101, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.

3. Equipment Replacement

Plans that include equipment replacement of terminals and printers are subject to the conditions set forth herein. This replacement does not cover cash register or software products. Prepaid shipping is included in all equipment replacement, via two business day delivery within the United States. To be eligible for two business day deliver, Credit Card Supplies Advantage must be informed of your replacement request by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Determination of "bad" equipment will be performed by a technician employed by Credit Card Supplies Advantage. Any unit determined by said technician to be physically damaged or abused will not be covered under the terms of this replacement plan. If it has been determined that the returned equipment has been physically damaged or altered, the merchant will be charged for the cost of the replacement equipment. It is the merchant's responsibility to return the damaged equipment to: Credit Card Supplies Advantage, 2645 International Parkway, #101, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. The merchant has 10 days to return the damaged unit or units, beginning the day the request is made for replacement equipment. Failure to return the damaged equipment within the allotted time gives Credit Card Supplies Advantage the the right to draft the merchant's checking account or credit card, whichever is on file, for monthly payments. Damaged and returned merchandise shall remain the property of Credit Card Supplies Advantage upon the acceptance of the replacement equipment by the merchant. It is the merchant's responsibility to notify the lessor, if any, of the replacement equipment, as Credit Card Supplies Advantage will not assume any lease liability with respect to the returned equipment. Credit Card Supplies Advantage reserves the right to pursue legal action to secure its interest. Credit Card Supplies Advantage shall have no obligation to perform any of the terms of this agreement if the merchant has outstanding debt owed to Credit Card Supplies.com.

4. Supplies

For plans that include free supplies, those supplies must be ordered with the month to receive the supplies for that month. Free supplies are not available for resale. For plans that do not include free shipping, fees for shipping will be deducted with the follow month's payment. All supplies will be shipped via UPS ground for merchants that have free shipping, as well as merchants that have to pay for shipping. If a merchant wants the supplies sent another method, then the merchant will be charged for the upgrade in shipping methods regardless of which plan they are currently enrolled in. Additional supplies may be ordered at a discounted price of %25 off and the merchant will be charged normal shipping rates.

5. Multiple Terminals

Credit Card Supplies Advantage will cover one terminal and one printer at a merchant's location. If there are multiple terminals and printers then it is up tot he merchant to purchase additional plans for those machines. Attempts to defraud Credit Card Supplies Advantage will lead to early termination of contract and merchant will be held liable for fees associated with the remainder of the contract.
